Step by Step since1959.

It was in 1959 in Gatteo, in the province of Forlì, that a small company working in the sector of wooden packagings was founded, and after only a few years, given the closeness of several important footwear factories, the owners decided to start making heels and wedges in wood. This was the start of the firm’s great experience in the footwear sector, which grew so quickly that in the 1970s Fa.i.t. Adriatica also started to design and produce leather soles for men’s and women’s shoes, soon becoming a leader in the field. In the mid-1990s the product range was expanded with the takeover of a historically famous insole factory, allowing the company to offer its customers Texon insoles as well. Following this philosophy, over the last five years wooden soles, opanka products and pressed bottom stocks have joined the range offered by Fa.i.t. Adriatica SpA, which now has specific design and production departments for them.

Given the company’s constant growth over the years, new buildings have been added alongside the original ones, giving a total at present of about 8000 square metres of covered surfaces, in addition to service and goods handling areas.
